WHAT IS THE CLAIMS PROCESS?

Call your Group Sponsor at 800-728-6418 and let them know you would like to file a claim.
Your eligibility will be verified and a notification will be sent to the Mobile Provider.
A copy of this notification will be sent to your email along with a link to the claim form.
Complete the claim form and provide the requested documentation within 60 days following the date of the damage. For additional details, click on the Member Services Agreement.

Never be without your mobile phone again! nxg|MOBILE includes mobile phone protection up to $500 minus a $50 deductible for your cell phone’s repairs or replacement due to accidental damage, or mechanical failure. Pre-registration is not required and this coverage applies to both your new and used cell phones and smartphones. You are allowed two claims each 12-month period that you are eligible.
